Public Involvement

The project team will collaborate with the community to create a finished product that incorporates community plans and input. Public meetings and other opportunities for input will occur throughout the project.

 

April 2024 Public Meeting

The City of Flagstaff held an in-person public meeting on April 4, 2024, to provide information about the project design, construction phasing and traffic impacts, and how to stay-up-to-date on construction activities. Construction will begin on Lone Tree Road beginning in May.

Second Set of Public Meetings Held in July 2022

The City of Flagstaff held two public meetings to provide updates of the design and the Economic Impact Study and get input on project details including opportunities for public art, landscaping, and spaces for rest and recreation. One meeting was held in person at the Murdoch Community Center. The second was held virtually. A formal presentation was given during both meetings and can be viewed below along with a recording of the virtual meeting.
